Notice of Amendment to the Offering Document of Meezan Rozana Amdani Fund vide 7th Supplemental OD of MRAF

The Unit holders of Meezan Rozana Amdani Fund (“MRAF”) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of CDC-Trustee MRAF and under intimation to Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has made changes in the Offering Document of the above Fund by way of 7^th Supplemental Offering Document. The said changes will be effective from May 16^th, 2025.

The Supplemental Offering Document of the Fund is available on the website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
