Mr. Muhammad Ali Khan

Muhammad Ali Khan, FCCA, is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in the mutual funds industry. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and has consistently demonstrated excellence in mutual fund operations, strategic management, and service delivery.

Since 2013, he has been associated with Al Meezan Investment Management Limited, where he currently leads the Mutual Fund Operations and Transfer Agency functions. In addition to these responsibilities, he also has oversight of Customer Services and the Call Center department, ensuring a high standard of client experience and service excellence across all customer touchpoints. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction through the implementation of streamlined and scalable processes.

Mr. Khan also leads and champions digital transformation initiatives, playing a pivotal role in the successful launch of several innovative products, digital platforms, and technology-driven services at Al Meezan Investments. His efforts have been instrumental in modernizing operations, enhancing accessibility, and strengthening the overall customer journey.

Beyond his core operational role, he has been deeply involved in cross-functional initiatives focused on strengthening internal controls, optimizing organizational performance, and ensuring full compliance with Shariah principles and SECP regulatory frameworks. He is widely recognized for his proactive leadership style, strong problem-solving capabilities, and collaborative mindset.

Prior to joining Al Meezan Investment Management Limited, Mr. Khan served as Section Head, Trustee & Custodial Operations Department at the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC), where he gained valuable experience in custodial, trustee, and capital market operations.
